Our pool inspection is a comprehensive visual inspection of the pool structure, deck, and mechanical equipment performed by business

Inspections can typically be performed as fast as 1-3 days from the scheduling date.

The Pool Inspection fee for a swimming pool within the local service area is $275. For a combined pool and spa inspection, $325.

We service Duval, Clay, St. Johns and Nassau Counties

Service Area is a 30 mile radius from the center of Jacksonville
Pool Inspections outside the standard radius would be an addional cost

For commerical pools or pools with a lot of equipment/features there may be a added charge. Contact us for a quote.

After your pool inspection a detailed report including photos a will be emailed to the seller, or buyer and realtor. Usually within 2 to 3 days.
